Join Jasmine and Loretta from "The Kind Mind" every Tuesday for this Freedom Meditation class.
If you're feeling stressed, anxious, or struggling with insomnia, this will be a great class to learn effective tools to make you feel refreshed and restored. You'll be able to incorporate these practical exercises into your daily life, benefiting all aspects of your world.
A combination of simple breathing, with seated mindful meditation and yoga nidra (laying down comfortably with pillows and blankets for a guided meditation) with a head massage (optional). What a blissful way to spend the end of the busy day!
Contribution on arrival:
- $15 casual rate
- $12 - for student + pensioner concession.
- $12/ class for a 5 class pads and
- $10/ class when you invest in ten at once.

We provide mats, bolsters, blankets, so all you need to bring is your SELF! Dress comfortably :)
A message from Freedom Float & Wellness Centre:
We love our centre, clients and workshop attendees! Often when you come in for a workshop we have clients floating and seeing our other therapists for massage, acupuncture, etc. Please be mindful of your voice in our reception area and the Chill Out Room.
Also, if you have never floated before, you are entitled to $15 off your FIRST float... a lot of our workshops go hand-in-hand with our floats and other modalities at the centre and we would love to see you get the most out of your time here :) See the staff at reception for more details.
